It is my duty as a professional REALTOR® to make my clients real estate transaction as stress-free as possible. So, I’ve implemented a new program where I let my clients pick the closing gift of their choice. This is my way of letting my clients know how much they are greatly appreciated.

Move For Free

** For my clients that buy and sell through me, not only will you receive 1 year of free lawn care service, I will also pay for your move. That’s right! I will pay to have your household goods professionally moved. All you have to do is sign a 120 day listing agreement with a 6% commission and allow me to find your next home. It's just that simple! **

** To be paid to the moving company after the second closing

(It is typical that both homes close the same day)
